Get in touch

Use the contact form for any question, general help, privacy and data requests, product feedback, bug reports, or security issues. Pick the matching topic when you write so it lands with the right person.

Tell us your device, your browser, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Don't send IDs, payment cards, or passwords.

Scanning tips

Use steady light, hold the ticket flat, and avoid glare. If a number won't read, retake the photo or tap to type the number before saving.

  • Move other tickets out of the frame so only one shows.
  • Wipe the camera lens, most blurry scans come from a smudge.
  • Check that the game and draw date look right before tapping save.
  • If the barcode won't read, the printed numbers are still enough.

Results and matching

After a draw, Chancey checks the official posted results against your saved numbers. It marks each ticket match, partial match, or no match. The lottery is always the source of truth for prize claims.

Have a winner? Always claim wins through the lottery that issued the ticket. Chancey cannot pay prizes. Keep the original ticket safe.

Accounts and sign-in

Sign in to sync your saved picks and tickets across devices. If you lose access, send a message through the contact form from the email tied to your account. Saved picks and tickets come back as long as the account is intact.

Subscriptions

The core experience is free. If we add paid features, we will price them clearly before you buy. Payments run through the platform you used to subscribe (web, App Store, or Google Play). To cancel, use the same channel.

Privacy & data

To request access to your data, a correction, or deletion, send a message through the contact form and pick the "Privacy or data request" topic. We reply within the windows the law requires (usually 30 days). The full Privacy policy has more.

Reporting a bug or a security issue

Found a bug? Send a message through the contact form and pick the "Bug report" topic. For security issues, pick "Security issue", and please don't post the details in public until we've had a chance to fix it.

Common questions about Chancey.

Twelve of the questions we hear most. If yours is missing, write to us.

What is Chancey?

Chancey is a lottery ticket tracker for adults 18+. Scan a ticket you already bought and Chancey checks it against the official posted results, so you never miss a win. A simple number builder is included. Chancey does not sell tickets, pay prizes, or predict winning numbers.

Does Chancey sell lottery tickets?

No. Chancey is not a lottery seller and is not part of any state or national lottery. You buy tickets the way you always do. Chancey only checks and organizes what you already bought.

Can Chancey predict winning numbers?

No. Lottery draws are random. No app can change the odds, and Chancey does not try. The builder helps you pick faster and save sets, but it never claims to predict anything.

Is Chancey free?

Chancey is free for up to 5 ticket scans a month. That includes the builder, your full history, and automatic draw checking. Pro is unlimited scans for $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year (about $20 a year cheaper). No ads on any plan.

How does scanning work?

You take a photo of the ticket. Chancey reads the numbers, the game, and the draw date. You confirm before it saves. If your phone cannot read a number, a cloud step can help. Ticket photos are never used for ads.

Where does Chancey work?

Chancey works in any modern web browser at app.chancey.io, plus native iPhone and Android apps. Draw data depends on what your lottery posts.

Do I need an account?

An account syncs your tickets and saved sets across devices and brings them back if you change phones. You can use Chancey on one device without an account, with less syncing.

How is my data handled?

Chancey stores your account info, saved tickets, sets, and the logs needed to run the app. We do not sell ticket photos, browsing data, or contact info to advertisers. The Privacy page has the full list.

Does Chancey replace the official lottery?

No. The lottery is always the source of truth for results and prize claims. Chancey shows what it sees from posted results so you know what to check with the lottery.

I think I have a winning ticket. What now?

Always claim wins through the lottery that issued the ticket. Keep the printed slip safe; you need it to redeem. Chancey checks and organizes. It cannot pay prizes.

Does Chancey try to make me play more?

No. Chancey is about the tickets you already bought, not buying more. No in-app ads, no streaks, no nudges.

Who is Chancey for?

Adults 18+ (or the local age of majority, whichever is greater) who already play and want a real way to track and check tickets. It is not a tool to bring in new players.
